Bulletin Board Notice The Altavista Unit Owners' Bulletin Board is provided in accordance with Article 55-79.75:1 of the Virginia Condominium Act. It is a means for unit owners to communicate among themselves and with the Board regarding matters concerning the unit owners' association. The following rules apply:
1. All postings must show the true name and unit number of the unit owner making the posting. If name and/or unit number are missing, the posting will be deleted.
2. Postings that are offensive or abusive may be removed by the Webmaster, the President, or the Site Manager.
3. This portion of the Altavista web site is provided in compliance with the Virginia Condominium Act, and comments posted on it do not necessarily represent the opinions of the Altavista Board of Directors, the Building Management, or the Webmaster.
